Entwined Part 2.

Okay, I told you I'd give this another go, so I shall try and get a second part of the Entwined short story I started. So here we go folks. Strap in for the second part of Entwined.

It was a Tuesday. Can't say I'm too fond of Tuesdays. Our bins get collected on Tuesdays so regardless of needing to be awake or not, I get woken up by the refuse truck...
I started my Tuesday the same way I start it every week. I was walking along the high street alongside the river Liffey to my favourite cafe. Oh yeah, I forgot to say, I'm in Dublin by the way. I can't say I noticed it at first, but out of the corner of my eye I could've swore I saw a guy standing on top of a lamp post. Long white duster coat, red shirt, white cravat, white trousers and no face...

It was as if the rest of the people around in the street couldn't see him. I decided to play dumb and just went into my cafe. If I acted now, there'd be a high chance of civilians getting involved and possibly injured... Plus I didn't exactly like being public about my abilities. Y'see, the thing with Entwined is that their abilities manifest differently from person to person depending on the personality of the spirit bonding with the host. I got a generic hero package, but others can blast lasers out the wazoo, fly, go invisible. I didn't know what this guy could do, but apparently it was something stealthy... Probably something to do with agility too if he was such a goo- There it was, a gunshot out in the street. I stood and ran outside. There lay a couple in the street, blood already spilling out into the river creating a cloud of blood on the otherwise seemingly green water... He must've had some kind of ability to aid his shooting. One shot, two kills... This was going to be tough.

There we have it, our first image of our faceless gunman. I would've put more effort in but there are people in my room being VERY DISTRACTING!! *glares at Sid and Amy!*

Anyhoo, I'm liking this as a story, so I think I'm gonna give it til Friday to see what I think further and then may carry on even more with it.

Adios for now,
Craiggy.
